National Expansion

Our organisation would like to open new locations in multiple cities in The Netherlands to create a nationwide network for students and young professionals that want to develop themselves in the field of entrepreneurship. Research into the expansion of the NESST-concept to a lot of cities in The Netherlands along with a specific strategy for this is still missing. Do you want to perform a research on the potential of certain locations in The Netherlands, with that develop a growth strategy and implement it?

International Expansion

The NESST program is currently only offered in The Netherlands. We would like to determine by means of a feasibility study whether it is possible to offer our program in another country in Europe. In this research you will work towards a plan to expand our organisation and program internationally, check what the feasibility is of this plan and how it could be implemented in the best way. Next to that, you could potentially start with preparations for a new international location of NESST.

Start-up Ecosystems

Our organisation would like to position itself in the existing startup ecosystem in the regions in which we have opened a location. For this it is of utmost importance that an overview of all the parties that are part of this ecosystem, both regionally as nationally , is created. With your research, NESST can reconsider their strategy in forming alliances with potential partners, in excelling on certain specifics and gain competitive advantage, and how to serve the market in the best way.
